USPK was founded on the teamwork of many dedicated individuals and the support of some of the longest running and must respected organizations in the sport. USPK recently welcomed Lorena Abreu to the growing team of people stepping up to help make a difference. Lorena is a professional athlete, coach, and performer as well as being one of the most outspoken members of the community when it comes to the need for athlete involvement in the development of the sport.
“The only people qualified to govern parkour are still busy training and enjoying the sport. It’s up to us athletes to unite and protect the integrity of parkour. ” she said when asked about her motivation for joining. “I want the community to decide how we move this sport into the future.”
