UNITED STATES PARKOUR ASSOCIATION

Parkour Park Advocacy – Knowledge Committee

2023 January 17th

– – –

Interested in learning more about how to get a parkour park built in your city?

Join USPK board members Cordelia Hollingsworth (they/them) and Blake Evitt (he/him) for a monthly meeting online for USPK’s newest Knowledge Committee about Parkour Park Advocacy. Cordelia and Blake draw from their years of experience to provide advice and support. Cordelia is the executive director of the non-profit Parkour Visions, which has advocated for and designed a dozen parkour parks across North America for the past half-decade. Blake is the director of Parkour Generations Americas and Parkour Generations Boston and has successfully consulted for multiple municipal public parkour park projects in the New England region.

Meetings are open to anyone who wants to drop in occasionally or wants consistent support as they navigate the many steps it takes from local outreach to actual park construction. Discussions will be focused on the USA but are open to anyone who wants to join, regardless of where in the world you live.

Meetings are monthly every fourth Thursday, 5 pm PST (8 pm EST). Email cory@uspk.org to RSVP and a meeting link will be sent to you.
